Sarah Jenson AMFT

Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist | AMFT 135795 APCC 13159

*Under supervision of Shirley Liao Ph.D. PSY22273 & Steven Gros Psy.D. PSY32444

Sarah's desire is to create a space where those who walk into her office are met with the opportunity to unpack the fullness of their experiences with honesty. Her hope is that each person be met with curiosity, care, insight, and a deep sense that they are known. She believes that the therapeutic process is done in the relational work of discovering the deeper layers of a person's stories and integrating all of who they are, which is the fodder for deeper freedom and healing.

Sarah has a background in social work, student development, and spiritual formation/direction. This gives her a passion for holistic integration that addresses the mind, body, and soul of the individual. She has worked with diverse communities (ethnically and economically) dealing with various life issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, shame, attachment, and identity. She enjoys working with a variety of ages including children. She has experience in premarital and marital counseling, including navigating long-term relational issues, communication/conflict, and affairs.
